Train. Track. Transform.
A coach that writes your week, then keeps it honest
Tell GRYH your goal, where you train and how many days you have. It writes a programme from the equipment you actually own, and adapts it from every set you log.
Built from your equipment
Not a template with substitutions bolted on. A full gym, a pair of dumbbells or nothing at all — the programme is written from what you have, and it tells you when your kit is the thing holding it back.
It adapts from what you log
Hit the top of your rep range with reps left in the tank and the weight goes up. Stall twice and it backs off before you grind. Come back after three weeks away and it starts you somewhere sensible.
It works around what hurts
Flag a shoulder, a lower back, a knee, and whole classes of movement come out — not just the weight. GRYH can't watch your form, so it refuses rather than guesses.
Or build it yourself
Choose every exercise, set and rep from a library of 112 movements, each with written instructions and coaching cues. Your equipment and anything you've flagged still apply.
What you get
Set-by-set logging with a rest timer, plate calculator and warm-ups. Progression that reads your effort ratings rather than a fixed percentage. Weekly check-ins, a strength score, personal records and a training calendar. Cardio and conditioning logging. And you can train the same session as a friend, each logging your own weights.
GRYH is a training tool, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, particularly if you have an injury or a health condition.
