1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of GRYH. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Not medical advice
GRYH is a fitness and nutrition tool, not a healthcare service. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no part of it comes from a registered healthcare professional.
Resistance training and dietary change carry risk of injury and are not suitable for everyone. Consult a doctor before starting, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any cardiovascular, metabolic, musculoskeletal or other medical condition.
Programmes and nutrition targets are generated automatically, partly by a language model. They may be wrong. You are responsible for judging whether any given exercise or target is appropriate for you, and for stopping if something hurts. The injury flags you record are taken into account on a best-effort basis; they are not a clinical screening.
If you feel unwell or experience pain, stop and seek medical attention.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use GRYH.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate information — your programme and calorie targets are calculated from it, so inaccurate input produces inappropriate output.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use GRYH unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape or bulk-copy its content, resell access, or upload anything unlawful or infringing.
6. Our content
The GRYH name, logo, application, exercise library and generated coaching content belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for your own training. Your logged data remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you.
7. Subscriptions
GRYH is a monthly subscription. The price, including VAT, is shown before you pay and on the business information page. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and we give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
You can cancel at any time from Profile → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing you have logged is deleted when access ends — your history stays readable.
We do not give refunds. Payments already made are not refunded in whole or in part, including for an unused part of a month, and including if you cancel the day after a payment. What you get instead is the access you paid for, in full, to the end of that month. We would rather say this plainly than bury it.
Nothing in this section takes away any right you have under South African law that cannot be taken away by agreement. If the law gives you a right to cancel a transaction or be repaid in a particular situation, that right applies regardless of what this section says, and we will honour it.
Payments are processed by PayFast. GRYH never receives or stores your card details.
8. Availability
We aim to keep GRYH available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for injury arising from your use of exercise or nutrition recommendations where you have not followed the guidance in clause 2, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where it applies to you.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction. If you are a UK consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes mean a new version and notice to you; continuing to use GRYH after that constitutes acceptance.
