Delete your account

In the app

Open Profile → Account → Delete my account. You type a short confirmation word to prove you meant it, and that is all — no request, no waiting, and nobody needs to approve it.

If you can't sign in

Email support@gryh.co.za from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

Everything, in a single operation: your profile and date of birth, your handle, body measurements and weight history, your programme, every logged session, set and personal record, your cardio and conditioning history, your gym profiles, your friendships, and your consent record.

It is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and no backup we can restore you from. If you want your training history, save it before you delete.

What we keep, and why

Nothing in our database. Every table that holds anything of yours is removed with the account, billing records included.

The one exception sits outside it: crash and error reports held by our error-monitoring provider, which expire on their own schedule. Those never carried your name or email — they are stripped before they are sent — so there is nothing in them to tie back to you.

Deleting data without deleting your account

You can remove individual sessions, measurements and programmes inside the app, and switch off anything shared with friends under Friends. For anything else — a copy of your data, a correction, or withdrawing consent — email the address above.
